From which tools you will need, to how to mix the paint and guide your palette knife across the canvas, I will walk you through how to paint your very own abstract mountain-scape painting, live via zoom.

An email will be sent to you after purchase with a zoom link and list of materials you will need to buy or have handy for the course. Materials will include:
- Palette knife, regular sized long diamond shaped head preferred
- acrylic paint ( pthalo blue, pthalo green, burnt umber, cadmium yellow light
- a piece of 9×12 water colour paper, or small rectangular canvas
- a palette to mix paint on ( can be paper plate, cardboard or a piece of smooth plastic or glass
- a rag or paper towel to wipe your knife on
- masking or painter’s tape is using watercolour paper
- a camera or computer that has audio and video and an internet connection
- a sense of fun and a love of the mountains!

She walks you through the process of creating a piece of art, step-by-step, and demonstrates as she goes. I had never tried palette painting before, and Melissa helped me create a piece I’m very pleased with! The class was so much fun, and I would highly recommend it!
